In January, we were delighted to welcome two new Co-Op Interns who have joined our team as part of their college placement in Electronics.
During their nine-month placement, the interns will gain valuable, hands-on experience within a real-world electronics manufacturing environment. They will learn the key skills, processes, and industry requirements that are essential for success in modern electronics manufacturing, working closely with our experienced production and engineering teams.
Supporting emerging talent is an important part of our long-term vision. By investing in education, training, and mentorship, we are helping to develop the next generation of skilled professionals while continuing to strengthen our workforce and industry expertise.
